Mediation Rotherham Law provides private mediation services. We are able to assist in dispute resolution by mediating in a range of issues with discretion and confidence.

Rachael is a confident communicator, with a solid skill set enabling her to draw out the issues and underlying interests of stakeholders involved in the mediation.

Our modern premises are light. airy and private with disability access. They can accommodate for up to five people and include a breakout area with tea and coffee facilities.

On the rear occasion where more space is required, suitable offsite rooms can be booked.

I have a wealth of experience having practiced firstly in the Hawkes Bay, with an interlude in the United Kingdom for a working holiday before returning to work in Wellington, Auckland, and Rotorua before settling here in Tauranga in 2019.

I have completed mediation training through Arbitrators and Mediatiors Institute of New Zealand Inc.
